This solidly built free-standing offertory box in elegant gold-bronze is built for churches, chapels, monasteries and public institutions. Weighing almost 40 kg and standing 110 cm tall, it protects donations against unauthorised access.
The distinctive embossed cross (12 × 20 cm, 2 mm deep, in the housing colour) gives the offertory box its sacred character. The deposit slot (12 × 1.5 cm) is sized to take both banknotes and coins.
Special feature: double anti-retrieval device. The deposit slot has a two-stage locking system that makes “fishing” – pulling deposited banknotes back out with tools – more difficult. Two independent barriers make it harder to pull deposited notes back out.
Security level A, built according to VDMA 24992. With two independent locks with 2 locking bolts each, removal follows the four-eyes principle – the box can only be opened when both responsible persons use their keys at the same time. The total of 4 locking bolts is split between the two locks.
The removable collection container (D 17 × W 12 × H 12 cm, with 2 cm handle) allows easy emptying. 6 mm door and 3 mm steel housing. Four floor anchoring points with the supplied Fischer wall-plug material secure the offertory box permanently in place.
