Safes with throw-in slot: construction and installation
The compact deposit safes in security level A (except the cash safe 11102) measure 300 × 280 × 260 mm, are single-walled with a 3 mm wall and 6 mm door and have a throw-in slot of 20 × 150 mm. Thanks to their compact dimensions, they can be built into service counters, sales counters or cabinets. Items are deposited without a key, the retrieval safeguard prevents them from being fished back out, and only authorised persons can open the safe. Wall and floor anchoring are possible, on the letterbox safe 10103 floor anchoring only; dimensions and fixing of the 11102 are given on its product page.
Locks and security levels
The choice includes double-bit key lock, electronic PIN code lock, fingerprint with PIN code, on the 10201 two key locks on the four-eyes principle and on the 12203 PIN code and key on the four-eyes principle. All models are built according to VDMA 24992: security level A with an insurance assessment of approx. €1,500 cash, security level B for the models 12101, 12201 and 12203 with 131 to 267 kg, concrete filling and a 65 or 85 mm door.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
What security level do the safes with throw-in slot have?
The compact models have security level A, 12101, 12201 and 12203 security level B – all built according to VDMA 24992. They are not certified – your insurer confirms which amount is covered.
Will the safe fit into a counter?
Usually yes: the level A models measure 300 × 280 × 260 mm (with electronic lock plus 30 mm lock projection) and can be built into service counters, sales counters and cabinets.
How does the fingerprint lock (10105, 10115) work?
It stores up to 30 fingerprints and one PIN code. By default, finger or code opens it; once switched over, the door only opens with finger and code together. 2 emergency keys are included for emergencies.
Can every employee get their own code?
The PIN code lock of the 10102, 10112 and 10122 has one master code and one user code; several personal codes are not possible.
How many keys are included?
The standard is 2 keys; 101013, 101014 and 101015 come with 3, 4 or 5 keys in the same design.
Can I set the safe up outdoors?
No, deposit safes are built for indoor use.
How fast is delivery?
Stock items are delivered within Germany in 1–2 working days; delivery abroad takes longer depending on the country.
