Worin unterscheiden sich die Sicherheitsstufen A und B?

Stufe A bietet Grundschutz für den täglichen Betrieb und ist bis ca. 1.500 € versicherbar. Stufe B hat verstärkten Widerstand und ist bei vielen Versicherern bis ca. 2.500 € absicherbar.

Welche Schlossarten sind möglich?

Zur Auswahl stehen: Schlüsselschloss (mechanisch), elektronisches Zahlenschloss (PIN), Fingerprint sowie Kombinationen wie PIN + Finger oder Schlüssel + Elektronik. Optional sind Zeitverzögerungen möglich.

Wie funktioniert das Vier-Augen-Prinzip beim Einwurftresor?

Mechanisch wird es durch zwei Schlüssel bei zwei Personen umgesetzt. Elektronisch über zwei unterschiedliche PINs und/oder Fingerabdrücke, die nacheinander eingegeben werden müssen. Optional ist eine zusätzliche Zeitverzögerung möglich.

Kann der Tresor an Wand oder Boden befestigt werden?

Ja – je nach Modell ist Wand- oder Bodenverankerung vorgesehen, teilweise beides. Details finden Sie in der jeweiligen Produktbeschreibung.

Kann das Schloss getauscht werden, wenn ein Schlüssel verloren geht?

Ja – wir halten Schlösser als Ersatzteile vor. Ein Tausch ist jederzeit möglich, sodass der Zugriff sicher bleibt.

Ich habe den Notschlüssel verloren – kann das Schloss gewechselt werden?

Ja – auch in diesem Fall ist ein Schlosswechsel problemlos möglich. Wir führen passende Ersatzteile.

Können Schlüssel nachgefertigt werden?

Ja – wir bieten einen Nachschlüssel- bzw. Duplizierservice für unsere Modelle.

Das elektronische Schloss ist beschädigt – gibt es Ersatz?

Ja – elektronische Schlösser sind bei uns als Ersatzteil erhältlich und können je nach Modell getauscht oder neu konfiguriert werden.

Wie lange dauert die Lieferung?
